Porsche GT4 RS — Marbella

Few cars communicate their purpose as directly as the Porsche GT4 RS. Sit inside and the message is immediate: a naturally aspirated flat-six derived from the 911 GT3, mounted behind your shoulders, delivering its power through a seven-speed PDK with the kind of mechanical directness that modern turbo engines rarely match. This is a car built around the driver's hands and feet, and renting one in southern Andalucía puts it on roads that reward exactly that focus. The A-369 climb toward Ronda is the obvious draw — roughly 100 km of elevation changes, tight switchbacks through the Serranía foothills, and long open stretches where the GT4 RS's mid-engine balance and communicative steering come alive. But shorter loops matter too. The inland road from the A-7 up through Benahavís threads past river gorges and pine forests, tight enough to keep you in second and third gear, close enough to return to the coast within half an hour. These are not motorway cars, and southern Spain's mountain roads let you use the full character of the chassis without needing a circuit. Our 2024 model is the only GT4 RS variant in the fleet. Daily rates begin at €550. Handover can be arranged at Málaga Airport, at your Golden Mile hotel entrance, or at the La Zagaleta estate gate — wherever makes the logistics simplest for your schedule. A practical note: the GT4 RS is a two-seat coupé with limited luggage space and a firm, track-oriented suspension setup. It is not the right car for a family day out or a relaxed coast cruise to Sotogrande. It is the right car for someone who already knows what a mid-engine Porsche feels like at the limit of adhesion, or for someone who wants to find out on roads that genuinely deserve the machine. If your plan involves the mountains north of Marbella, there is no better key to pick up.
